Counselor, Julianna Ardizzone, received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey, and her master's degree in Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental health from Montclair State University. She decided to focus on substance use and mental health treatment after witnessing many friends, and family members struggle with finding a solution.
Knowing that treatment is not one size fits all, Julianna focuses on a person-centered approach to therapy. By concentrating on the individual, she builds a strong therapeutic relationship that empowers patients to make changes in their lives and get back on the right track to recovery.

Administrative Assistant, Lisa Orosz, has worked in various positions in healthcare for over seven years. After witnessing family and friends struggle with addiction, she decided to take a course on Addiction and obsession. During this course, she became interested in learning more about the “behind the scenes” aspects of substance use and mental health issues by having direct involvement with the patients seeking recovery. Lisa strives to make every patient feel comfortable, welcome and hopeful that there is a solution for them.

Tom Roskin is Outreach Coordinator for The Counseling Center in New Jersey and New York. Tom works to connect health care providers to individuals and families seeking help with substance abuse disorders, addiction treatment, and behavioral health.

Tom grew up on Long Island, NY. His immediate family included professionals dedicated to providing mental and physical support to individuals seeking to overcome the disease of addiction. As a student, he developed insights into how different professional and clinical roles collaborate in the community of care and recovery. Tom graduated from Syracuse University.
He now enjoys meeting new people involved in the Continuum of Care supporting recovery, building professional relationships that lead to successful recovery for clients of The Counseling Center.

Eligibility for all programs is determined with a confidential clinical assessment, which is performed in person at The Counseling Center.
Adults and adolescents seeking treatment for addiction, alcoholism, mental/behavioral health conditions, or any of the commonly co-occurring disorders associated with addiction and substance abuse, may participate in our award-winning Outpatient Therapy, Intensive Outpatient Therapy, Individual, or Group counseling, based on clinical assessment.
